Tour Itinerary

Day One: Arrival at Cairo International Airport and hotel check-in

Your agent will pick you up from the Cairo airport upon arrival, and he will help you until you have completed all formalities and have met your Egyptologist tour guide. You will then be driven in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your 5-star hotel in Cairo, where you may settle in and relax for a while.

We will pick you up from your hotel in the evening to go on a dinner cruise that lasts for a few hours but has an impact that lasts a lifetime, sailing over the enchanted Nile River and taking in the fascinating panorama all around you. Before we return you to your hotel so you can spend the night, you will have plenty of time to relax and take in some traditional Egyptian music.

Day Two: Visiting the Saqqara Pyramid and the Giza Pyramid Complex

Before accompanying your tour guide on an exciting journey to some of the most mesmerizing ancient sites in Giza, you will have a great breakfast meal at your hotel. These attractions include:

Egyptian Pyramids in Giza

One of the most significant ancient Egyptian locations in all of Egypt is the Giza pyramid complex, which is home to hundreds of myths and legends. It is the location that the ancestors choose as the focal point for three of the biggest buildings ever built.

You will discover the following there:

The Khufu Great Pyramid

In addition to being the largest pyramid ever built in Egypt, the Khufu Pyramid is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Originally intended to be King Khufu’s tomb, it ended up being the greatest accomplishment of the ancients and took more than 20 years to build.

The Great Sphinx

The mythological Sphinx, which served as the focal point of dozens of various legends, is another intriguing ancient site. Its body is that of a lion, and it was built there primarily to guard the Giza landmarks. Its face resembles that of King Khafre, the son of Khufu.

The Valley Temple

Before leaving the Giza Complex, you will go to the Valley Temple, which is the famous ancient mummification site. The ancients conducted their mummification and purifying processes there on the corpses of their monarchs.

You will now be taken to a restaurant with a view of the Pyramids to eat your delicious lunch before going to see:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara

Given that it is unlike any other pyramid ever constructed in ancient Egypt, its distinctive design is one of the main reasons why most people like seeing such a spectacular sight. The Saqqara pyramid, which was constructed as king Djoser’s tomb, has a fascinating history that you will appreciate learning about from your tour guide.

After your day trip, we will return you to your hotel so you may spend the night there.

Day Three: Tour some of El Fayoum’s top attractions

In the morning, your private tour guide will pick you up and drive you to the fascinating Egyptian city of Fayoum, which is home to some of the most alluring natural sights and mental landscapes, such as:

Lake Qarun

This is the third-largest lake in Egypt and one of the oldest natural lakes on the whole globe. The primary water sources for that lake are home wastewater and agricultural drainage. Numerous discoveries have been made there, including some fossilized animal remains that are older than 10 million years.

Waterwheels of El Fayoum

Observing the daily activities of a regular farmer in Fayoum and seeing the magnificent antique Saqib, also known as “a waterwheel,” which is the town’s primary feature, are two of the most intriguing things that may be organized for guests.

Enjoy your meal in a restaurant, then go on your journey by going to:

Waterfalls at El Fayoum

There are two wonderful man-made lakes in the Valley of Wadi El-Rayan, 65 kilometers southwest of El Fayoum City, therefore you should certainly go there.

Once your trip is through, we’ll bring you back to your hotel so you can stay the night. You’ll have the best time while you’re there.

Day Four: Explore the Museum and Ancient Cairo

After you have breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up to take you on yet another fantastic day trip to Old Cairo, where you will have the opportunity to see:

The Egyptian Museum

A visit to the magnificent Egyptian Museum is a must if you are a history enthusiast and want to learn as much as you can about the ancient history of Egypt. Here, you can check out the great, priceless ancient treasures of the past, particularly those of King Tutankhamun, see the mummies of the ancient Pharaohs, including the mummy of King Ramses II, and see many other ancient artifacts and discoveries that you must see while in Egypt.

You’ll have lunch at a superb oriental restaurant after that, and then you’ll go to:

Citadel of Cairo

Salah El-Din built this magnificent fort to defend Egypt’s capital from crusader raids, and because of its exceptional setting, you may learn a lot about Egypt’s illustrious past while you’re there.

Mosque of Mohamed Ali

There are a lot of mosques in Egypt, but Mohamed Ali Mosque is unquestionably one of the most stunning ones. It was built on Mohammed Ali Pasha’s instructions inside the Salah El-Din Citadel complex.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

Every traveler’s yearning to discover Egypt’s rich history and culture in the most enchanting and effective way is realized at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC). The Museum was constructed to take visitors on a trip through the marvels of Egypt throughout the years, from prehistoric periods to the present.

Finally, you will get to the superb

Market in Khan El Khalili

The ideal location for a shopping visit is without a doubt the Khan El Khalili market. You can get anything you need there, including authentic antique items, clothing, fragrances, spices, and dozens of marketplaces and stores that offer gifts to bring back to the people you care about.

Finally, we’ll return you to your hotel so you can unwind for a while and spend the night there.

Day 5: Depart and end of your trip

After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel, and we will then take you straight to Cairo International Airport to catch your flight home, bringing to a conclusion your unusual 5-day Cairo, Giza, and El-Fayoum trip package.
